language change

Hi guys I've downloaded your market ages ago but haven't been able to change language from Chinese to English also I would like to find out how to download apps as this hasn't been possible thus far. If someone could help or tell me how to change language and how to download I've registered my phone number like it asks me too but still no joy also tho if this isn't possible could you let me know plse to save me wasting time trying to do something that's not possible many thanks for reading.
