Can't enter the game

I just downloaded this game yesterday, the game run well, i can play it until i reached lvl 5. But after few hours later, suddenly i can't enter the game, just stuck at loading. Does somebody know what happen? I really wanted to play this since the first beta wave. Sorry for my English, I'm from Indonesia
