Maybe they don\'t want to release any content update now because of world champions qualifier at the end of the month,
Last time in June when they released the update with reworked lightning spell ,it had a major impact on the tournament as bases which were designed keeping in mind about pre update meta and it had become useless because of advent of lightning spell ,thus I believe they don\'t want the update to create disturbances in the competition

The update simply isn’t ready and it will be ready when it is and SC will release it when they see fit.
It really doesn’t matter how we feel and what points we bring to the table in the discussion.
