而今天，我就造一个与里昂，英格尔曼兰德同样装备四座四联装主炮的10级日战

“13号战巡”这一方案有诸多子方案，其中“H案”与“J案”的主武器即是四座四联装三年式410mm主炮，今天将登场的“那须”号战列巡洋舰的原型便是“13号战巡”中的J方案

The turret arrangement mirrored that of the Kongo class battlecruisers to more evenly distribute the weight of the armament.

Hiraga or the Japanese admirality thought that 54.000tons might be too heavy and proposed a reduced armoured version where 4.000tons of armour was shaved off from the design making it 50.0000tons "only".
