Who is eligible?

All players who created their account before the start of today’s maintenance will receive this compensation automatically via in-game mail.

How to claim?

Simply log in to the game. The compensation mail will be sent to your in-game mailbox.

Claim deadline:

The compensation mail will expire 30 days after it is sent. Please claim your rewards before the expiration date. After that, the mail will be automatically deleted, and the rewards cannot be reissued.

We don’t just say “sorry” – we want to show it through our actions.
